This Privacy Policy describes how StrataX Development LLC and Silverback Capital (together, "we", "us") collect and use information when you visit this website, submit a form, or interact with the AI concierge. This page is maintained by StrataX Development. It is plain-language guidance, not a legal contract.

What we collect

  • Contact details you submit: name, email, phone, company, role.
  • Property or deal details you submit through eligibility, parcel, term-sheet, or investor forms.
  • Free-text messages you send to the AI concierge, including any details you choose to share.
  • Basic technical data: IP address, browser, referring page, and timestamps, used for security and analytics.

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry and produce the document or call you requested.
  • To verify accredited-investor status when you opt in to the investor deal room.
  • To improve the site, the concierge, and our underwriting workflows.
  • To comply with applicable law and recordkeeping obligations.

AI concierge

The on-site concierge is an AI assistant powered by a large language model. Messages you send to it are transmitted to our model provider for the sole purpose of generating a reply, and are stored in our database to maintain conversation context and improve the service. Do not submit sensitive personal information (SSN, full DOB, account numbers). The concierge is for information and routing only and does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with: (a) service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, email, CRM, AI model provider, analytics); (b) David Simmons and authorized StrataX / Silverback team members; (c) when required by law or to protect our rights.

Your California rights

California residents have the right to request access to, deletion of, or correction of personal information we hold about them, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as defined under the CCPA / CPRA. Security & retention

We use commercially reasonable safeguards. No system is perfectly secure. We retain information for as long as needed to operate our business and meet legal obligations.
